Fleet Farm is looking for a Compensation Specialist to join our HR team at our Store Support Center in Appleton, Wisconsin. In this role, you’ll help support and administer compensation programs across our stores, distribution centers, and corporate teams, using market data and analytics to help us make informed, competitive pay decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support company-wide compensation programs and initiatives
• Conduct market analyses and compensation benchmarking to identify trends and maintain competitive pay practices
• Analyze compensation data and turn it into meaningful reports, metrics, and recommendations
• Support compensation planning and provide employees and leaders with clear information regarding compensation programs
• Partner closely with HR and business leaders across the organization
• Help ensure compensation practices remain consistent, competitive, and aligned with Fleet Farm's business needs
• Use your analytical skills to identify opportunities and support data-driven compensation decisions
