Job summary

Applied Materials seeks a Compensation Solutions Analyst to support and implement our global compensation and performance management strategy. You will balance technical analysis with process design, identifying challenges and delivering scalable, efficient solutions aligned with our objectives.

The role requires strong compensation analytic background, business process expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the globe.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Global Rewards experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and database management.
  • Experience with Workday and Radford preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to optimize compensation and performance management operations by streamlining processes and implementing automation.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive 'Compensation and Performance Management Playbook'.
  • Collaborate with HRIT and other technical teams to develop and enhance compensation software solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and support technology solutions for Global Reward initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for cross-functional partners and global Rewards team.
