Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Compensation Sr. Analyst to join the Global Compensation Team. You will support the design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs for client groups across North America, Europe, and Asia.

You’ll analyze market data, advise on bonus and variable pay, and partner with HR and business leaders to drive fair, competitive pay practices. In addition to a competitive base salary, the role includes annual bonuses and retirement contributions, with a focus on

“I can succeed at Capital Group as a Compensation Sr. Analyst” As a Compensation Sr. Analyst, you will contribute to Capital Group’s Global Compensation Team within Human Resources, supporting work that advances the people dimension of our business strategy. In partnership with compensation colleagues, HR generalists, and business leaders, you will help develop, implement, and support global compensation programs for client groups across North America, Europe, and Asia. You will use strong analytical and critical thinking skills to advise on compensation recommendations, bonus and variable pay plans, market studies, and job analyses.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings. Salary ranges

• Charlotte Base Salary Range: $77,610-$124,176
• Southern California Base Salary Range: $90,440-$144,704
• San Antonio Base Salary Range: $74,349-$118,958
• New York Base Salary Range: $95,871-$153,394
