Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Compensation Sr. Analyst to support its Global Compensation Team within Human Resources.

You will help develop, implement, and support global compensation programs for client groups across North America, Europe, and Asia, using strong analytical and critical thinking to advise on recommendations and bonus plans. You will work with compensation colleagues, HR generalists, and business leaders to drive market studies, job analyses, and program improvements, contributing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of compensation experience
• Experience with cyclical compensation work (market studies, survey analysis, annual bonus programs)
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve work
• Advanced Excel skills and handling large datasets

As a Compensation Sr. Analyst, you will contribute to Capital Group's Global Compensation Team within Human Resources, supporting work that advances the people dimension of our business strategy. In partnership with compensation colleagues, HR generalists, and business leaders, you will help develop, implement, and support global compensation programs for client groups across North America, Europe, and Asia. You will use strong analytical and critical thinking skills to advise on compensation recommendations, bonus and variable pay plans, market studies, and job analyses.

• You have 4+ years of compensation experience
• You can provide broad client coverage support to other compensation associates or may manage a business client group relationship
• You have experience with cyclical compensation work (market study, survey analysis, annual bonus programs, etc.). Workday experience preferred.
• You have experience analyzing and providing recommendations on various standard and exception-based compensation recommendations/actions (e.g., promotions, offers, transfers, etc.)
• You can contribute to and/or lead the development of compensation educational materials, communications, process documentation, and process improvements
• You can serve as a practice leader and keeps abreast of external compensation trends
• You have experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve how work gets done
• You have advanced excel skills and experience working with and analyzing large datasets
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $77,610-$124,176Southern California Base Salary Range: $90,440-$144,704San Antonio Base Salary Range: $74,349-$118,958New York Base Salary Range: $95,871-$153,394

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
