Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Compensation Sr. Analyst to join the Global Compensation Team in HR.

Your work will help design and support compensation programs for client groups across North America, Europe, and Asia, using strong analysis and market data to inform recommendations. You will partner with compensation colleagues, HR generalists, and business leaders, advising on bonuses and variable pay plans, leading market studies, job analyses, and developing educational materials and processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of compensation experience.
• Experience with cyclical compensation work (market study, survey analysis, annual bonus programs).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with and awareness of AI-enabled tools to improve work.
• Ability to develop compensation materials, communications, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of global compensation trends and best practices.

In partnership with compensation colleagues, HR generalists, and business leaders, you will help develop, implement, and support global compensation programs for client groups across North America, Europe, and Asia.
