Job summary

Anthropic in San Francisco seeks a Compensation Programs Specialist to run our pay programs and support compensation cycles. You’ll partner with Compensation Partners, People Partners, Finance, and Recruiting to ensure accurate, timely processing and policy alignment.

• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Exceptional attention to data accuracy and detail
• Proficient Excel/Google Sheets skills including formulas and pivot tables
• Clear, proactive written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• Collaborative partner across People, Finance, Legal, and business teams
• Thrives in fast-moving environments with reliable, repeatable processes

Responsibilities

• Own administration of non-cyclical compensation programs end-to-end
• Support bi-annual compensation cycles including data audits and surveys
• Coordinate with Recruiting Operations and Equity Administrators for equity grants
• Maintain and improve compensation resources and job architecture
• Identify gaps and partner to improve operational workflows
• Team with Compensation Partners on program design workstreams
