Job summary

Moove is seeking a People and Culture Analyst to collect, compile, and analyze P&C data, metrics, and statistics. You will apply insights to recommendations on compensation, recruitment, and regulatory compliance.

The role involves developing reports and dashboards, auditing compensation data, and partnering with HR to create equitable pay decisions aligned with Moove's philosophy and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 2–5 years’ experience or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and present P&C data to identify trends, patterns, and insights informing strategic decisions including compensation and recruitment metrics.
• Analyze compensation and benefits programs for competitiveness and regulatory compliance; recommend adjustments based on data and market trends.
• Review data for disparities and inconsistencies; propose adjustments as needed, including salary audits and monitoring labor laws.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to develop compensation recommendations for hires, promotions and equity adjustments.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate P&C metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws by conducting audits and analyzing data for risks; prepare regulatory reports as required.
