South Texas College is seeking an experienced compensation professional to assist the Compensation and Payroll Manager with developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs. You will interpret rules, regulations, policies, and surveys to support college-wide salary decisions.

Essential duties include researching salary grades, analyzing market data, maintaining procedures, and preparing clear reports. Travel throughout the college district may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related field.
• At least two years of relevant professional work experience.
• At least three years of experience in human resources, compensation administration or accounting (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Establish and validate salary grades through research and analysis.
• Research compensation and HR-related issues and ensure compliance with laws.
• Maintain and update compensation procedures and college pay plans.
• Prepare reports and analytics for leadership.
