Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Technical Compensation Partner to support the Technology organization, covering Engineering, Infrastructure, ML/AI, and Data Science. You will own compensation programs, benchmark market data, and build AI-powered tools to improve decision quality.

You will work with senior tech leaders, Talent Partners, Recruiting, and People Analytics to shape compensation strategy and enablement materials, with a strong focus on equity and external benchmarking.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of compensation or analytics experience with depth in technical roles and AI/ML talent market.
• Advanced analytical skills including Excel and working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and tool development.
• Proven track record as a compensation business partner for a technical or engineering organization, end-to-end ownership of cyclical programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated compensation partner for Airbnb's Technology organization, supporting VP and Director level leaders.
• Lead market benchmarking, budget modeling, and leadership rollups for tech roles.
• Develop AI-powered compensation tools, benchmarking applications, and self-service dashboards.
