RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist to join the Total Rewards Operations team in a hybrid role at a U.S. location. You will support day‑to‑day compensation processes, manage cases, and drive data accuracy and process improvements using Workday and related systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR operations or compensation, strong Excel skills, and experience with ServiceNow. This role collaborates with Total Rewards and HR Technology to maintain documentation and reporting.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience (or an Advanced Degree with relevant experience).
• Experience with Excel, including pivot tables and charts.
• Experience supporting HR operations including compensation programs, processes, or analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational support for compensation processes within policies and controls.
• Manage and resolve compensation-related cases and inquiries within SLAs.
• Own assigned compensation processes ensuring execution, controls, and documentation.
• Investigate complex data/process issues, identify trends, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Process, validate, and audit compensation transactions in Workday and other HR systems.
