The Role

As a key member of the Global Total Rewards team, this role is responsible for the administration and implementation of compensation programs at Certinia. This role focuses on managing existing compensation programs, analyzing market data, and providing support for annual processes, equity administration, and collaboration with HR and business leaders. A data-driven approach and strong partnership skills are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Manage the administration of global compensation plans and programs (pay ranges, annual salary review process, quarterly and semi-annual bonus payouts), ensuring alignment with Certinia’s compensation philosophy.
  2. Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data to ensure compensation ranges and structures remain competitive.
  3. Conduct competitive analysis and financial impact modeling for annual increase budgets, incentive design changes, and pay equity reviews.
  4. Maintain and update the job architecture to support business needs.
  5. Provide guidance and support to business management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Success Business Partners on compensation-related matters.
  6. Collaborate on proposed pay and job changes, including evaluating new and revised jobs and/or career paths.
  7. Participate in cross-functional project teams for compensation initiatives, such as career pathing and the implementation of new or revised compensation programs.
  8. Ensure compensation programs, practices, and policies comply with local laws for domestic and international employees.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 7+ years of domestic and international broad-based compensation experience.
  2. Strong Excel proficiency is required.
  3. Experience working with compensation vendors, completing pay-related surveys, and staying current with market changes.
  4. Ability to translate business needs into program implementation.
  5. Strong consultative skills and ability to build solid relationships with Employee Success, Talent Acquisition teams, and stakeholders across the business.
  6. Ability to address complex issues and provide data-driven solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience with UKG Pro and HRSoft
  2. Bachelor’s degree
  3. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) designation
  4. Proficiency with Google Suite

Salary Range: $128,000 - $160,000
