What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Investigate, review, evaluate, and administer workers' compensation claims
• Review medical reports and approve medical bills for payment
• Set reserves and file necessary documentation for claims processing
• Interview and communicate with claimants, witnesses, attorneys, and physicians
• Represent the employer at various workers' compensation claims hearings and actions
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma with 5 years of experience in Claims and Litigation, or a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in Claims and Litigation
• Knowledge of claims handling and legal statutes and procedures
• Customer service experience
• Experience in workers' compensation claims in California, Texas, and Pennsylvania
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
