Responsibilities

• Review existing job architecture artifacts and governance materials.
• Assess remaining design gaps and rollout risks.
• Document design principles, governance standards, and decision criteria.
• Validate career levels, tracks, and title structures across functions/geographies.
• Develop governance for future role creation and title changes.
• Complete enterprise job inventory across functions/geographies.
• Map current positions to the approved framework.
• Identify inconsistencies and remediation actions for Total Rewards review.
• Communicate complex job architecture concepts clearly.
