Hewlett Packard Enterprise invites you to join its Internship Program as an HR Compensation Intern in Spring, Texas. This hybrid role combines hands-on compensation responsibilities with learning through mentorship, regular training, and exposure to global processes.

You will study base pay, bonuses, and stock, support budgeting, and help create dashboards and training materials. Ideal candidates are rising seniors with leadership on campus, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a curious,

Qualifications

Seeking a rising senior (May 2028 grads) pursuing a bachelor’s degree in General Business, MIS, HR, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills are essential.
Experience as an active leader on campus or in volunteer roles is preferred.
Comfort with working in a hybrid environment and upcoming professionals are welcome.
Power BI exposure and intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Learn how compensation works within HR and what drives base pay, bonuses and stock.
Assist with budgeting, reporting, and country-specific processes as part of a Center of Excellence.
Audit and analyze compensation data and help build dashboards and materials.
Develop training content to support the HR/People Leader/Team Member communities.
