• Ability to lead via extracurricular or campus involvement and to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn how compensation works at HPE within HR and how base salary, bonus, and stock are paid.
• Audit information with high attention to detail and look for process improvements.
• Analyze compensation data and help build dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Create training materials to support HR teams and leaders.
