Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Arlington, Virginia, to manage the full compensation lifecycle, focusing on benchmarking, HR analytics, and reporting. You will support design and budgeting for hourly and salaried positions, administer merit increases, and ensure compliance with wage requirements. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel proficiency. This role includes competitive salary, bonus eligibility, health insurance, and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and clear recommendations.
• Experience using an HRIS system; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation process design and market analysis.
• Administer merit increase and bonus processes in Workday.
• Prepare reports and analysis for compensation decisions.
