Job summary

JM Family Enterprises, Inc. invites college students to join its Compensation Internship program for hands-on work from May 24, 2027 to July 30, 2027. You will support compensation data initiatives, gain exposure to Payfactors and Workday, and explore AI opportunities to enhance data quality and processes.

Qualifications

• Eligible students enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program relevant to the role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in data and AI applications.
• Knowledge or experience in data analysis and data management.
• Active enrollment for at least one semester of coursework.

Responsibilities

• Support annual compensation survey activities by maintaining accurate job and market data within Payfactors.
• Assist with data cleaning initiatives, including identifying outdated information and ensuring proper job leveling.
• Support the maintenance and accuracy of internal role profiles within Workday.
• Assist with analyzing and managing compensation‑related data to improve data quality.
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI into compensation processes.
