Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools is preferred.
• Candidate actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or related degree program in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Support incentive program tracking and reconciliation, helping identify qualification or stacking discrepancies and maintain accurate program and spend information.
• Develop and maintain performance reporting and data visualizations that provide visibility into incentive spend, program attainment, inventory or sales pace, and prior program performance.
• Provide dealer-facing program support by preparing clear, accurate program summaries and assisting internal partners and dealer contacts with program eligibility and timing information.
• Assist with the monthly vehicle retail incentive process, including budgeting, scenario planning, analytical support, and preparation of PowerPoint presentations for dealer meetings.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Support the annual Dealer Incentive trip through data entry, guest list management, budget tracking, and post-event feedback analysis.
• Collaborate with team members, other interns, and cross-functional partners on reporting needs and special projects.
