The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Compensation Consultant to collaborate with leadership on compensation consulting and analysis. This role involves ensuring compliance, conducting market pricing, and supporting decision-making through data insights. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of related experience, with a preference for certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

Role: Compensation Consultant
You will collaborate with managers and department leadership to ensure accurate and timely compensation consulting, analyze trends, guide annual planning, develop data presentations, and work with HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Data, HRIS, Faculty Affairs, and Talent Planning and Development.
Preferred: Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
Work Location: All remote work must be within MCW registered payroll states: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, UT.
Effective communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, stress management, confidentiality, integrity, and organizational skills. Ability to conceptualize, prioritize, and plan effectively.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 1-2 years in compensation, HR, or related fields, or equivalent.
Preferred: Compensation Certification
Target salary: $64,300 - $81,400 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
