Vaco has partnered with a growing organization undergoing a significant transformation of its global compensation function. We seek a Finance Consultant with strong financial modeling and sales compensation expertise to support compensation strategy and forecasting initiatives.

The position is remote (PST preferred) with start ASAP. Pay ranges from $50 to $70 per hour DOE for an initial 90-day engagement with long-term potential (2+ years).

Qualificações

• 5+ years in compensation, sales compensation, FP&A, finance, or incentive compensation consulting.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel to build forecasting and scenario-planning models.
• Hands-on experience with Xactly and sales compensation administration preferred.
• Ability to commit to duration and project needs.

Responsabilidades

• Build sophisticated financial and compensation forecasting models to evaluate sales plans.
• Analyze bookings, recurring revenue, quotas, commissions, and payout structures for insights.
• Support compensation transformation initiatives, including potential system enhancements and project management activities.

Job Title:Finance Consultant (Sales Compensation & Xactly experience preferred)

Location: Remote (PST Preferred)

Pay Rate: $50 - $70 per hour DOE

Project Duration: Initial 90-Day Engagement with Long-Term Potential (2+ Years)

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities Include:

• Build sophisticated financial and compensation forecasting models to evaluate current and proposed sales compensation plans
• Analyze bookings, recurring revenue, quotas, commissions, and payout structures to provide actionable business insights
• Support compensation transformation initiatives, including potential system enhancements and project management activities

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of compensation, sales compensation, FP&A, finance, or incentive compensation consulting experience
• Advanced financial modeling expertise in Excel with the ability to build forecasting and scenario-planning models from scratch
• Hands-on experience with Xactly and sales compensation administration strongly preferred
• Ability to commit to duration and needs of project
