Work location: This position will be Remote with an HR office at 612 East Lamar Blvd Arlington, Texas 76011

Work hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (hours may vary)

Here’s What You Need
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5 years of compensation/HR related experience required
  • CCP – Certified Compensation Professional preferred upon hire
What You Will Do
  • Design, implement, administer, and maintain all non-executive Total Rewards programs, including compensation, performance management rewards, and others.
  • Manage ongoing market studies and Total Rewards projects, partnering with HR leaders to ensure excellence and consistency.
  • Analyze data, define problems, and provide insights on Total Rewards components like base pay, incentives, recognition, etc.
  • Participate in special projects related to Total Rewards and compensation programs.
