California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) is recruiting for multiple full-time permanent Analyst I positions in the Employer Account Management Division’s (EAMD) Compensation Compliance & Review (CCR) Section.
This program area ensures compensation and contributions reported by contracted employers comply with the Public Employees’ Retirement Law and the California Code of Regulations and are accurately reported to the retirement system to comply with the pension law.
Under the general direction of the CCR Supervisor I, the Analyst I, will model CalPERS core values and is responsible for the overall operational activities.

Effective July 1, 2025, The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025). PLP 2025 directs that each employee shall receive a 3 percent reduction in pay in exchange for 5 hours PLP 2025 leave credits, monthly. The salary range(s) included in the job advertisement do not reflect the 3 percent reduction in pay.
