Texas Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our Total Rewards team. You will help administer compensation and benefits programs, process Workday transactions, and support annual reward cycles—merit planning and open enrollment.
You will respond to employee questions, develop communications and resources, and help improve processes for efficiency and data integrity. A Bachelor's degree and HR experience are required, with preference for SHRM knowledge.

You will provide operational support across compensation and benefits, including reporting, annual program administration, compliance activities, employee communications, and process improvement. You can expect to:
Base Pay Range: $84,699.10 - $104,628.30 Per Year
The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role.
Texas Mutual's flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs.
All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
