Texas Mutual Insurance Company seeks a supervisor to oversee the daily operations of claim processing for catastrophic injuries, ensuring compliance with the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act, DWC rules, and internal procedures.
You will guide staff, recruit and mentor employees, and contribute to division goals, budgets, and quality standards while managing the division's personnel, equipment, facilities, and finances. This role supports a flex-hybrid work model and requires Texas residency.

Supervises and monitors the daily operations of claim processing of injured employees with catastrophic injuries in accordance with the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act, rules of the Division of Workers’ Compensation and internal procedures. Manages the personnel, equipment, facilities and finances of assigned operations. Ensures coordination and support of the overall goals and objectives of the division.
Supervises claims personnel who administer compensation and medical benefits to injured employees with catastrophic injuries in accordance with the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act, rules of the DWC, and internal procedures, as well as quality of their work. Oversees a caseload of TIB, IIB, SIB, LIB, and death benefit claims. Manages the personnel, equipment, facilities and finances of assigned operations. Ensures coordination and support of the overall goals and objectives of the division.
The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Base Pay Range: $112,734.65 - $139,260.45 Per Year
Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
