Job summary

SpeedX is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead compensation structures, job grading, annual merit reviews, benefits, payroll oversight, and KPI performance programs. This role partners with HR and business leaders to align compensation with growth, retention, and workforce planning across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of corporate Compensation & Benefits experience.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain preferred.
• Experience supporting corporate and frontline/hourly employees.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, review, and implementation of company-wide compensation policies and programs.
• Conduct job grading, evaluation, and leveling across the organization.
• Manage the OKR and KPI performance management process and reporting.
• Oversee payroll, bonuses, incentives, and benefits administration with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Benchmark compensation against the external market and report insights.
