Job summary

Fun Town RV, LP in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Compensation Manager to design, analyze, and administer multi-location compensation programs, including draw-based pay and sales commissions, ensuring equity and compliance across the dealership network.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to benchmark pay, develop pay plans, maintain data in ADP Workforce Now, and drive data-informed compensation decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience within RV or automotive dealership environment.
• Direct experience administering draw-based compensation.
• Experience developing, auditing, and administering sales commission plans.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now for compensation data, pay changes, and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data across roles, departments, and locations for market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Conduct salary benchmarking using industry surveys and market data.
• Evaluate pay structures including base salary, commission, draw, and incentive plans.
• Create sales pay plans and commissions.
• Provide recommendations on compensation adjustments and job leveling.
