Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation and employee benefits programs across our retail-focused organization.

This onsite role supports HR, payroll, and finance, ensuring accurate compensation, effective benefits administration, and compliant, competitive HR practices aligned with business objectives across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations or related HR function.
• Experience in retail, grocery, hospitality, distribution, or multi-location environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems.
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation and employee benefits programs across our retail organization. This role will work closely with HR, payroll, finance, and business leaders to ensure employees are compensated accurately, benefits programs are administered effectively, and HR practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting compensation and benefits programs in a retail, grocery, hospitality, distribution, or other high-volume, multi-location environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive employee information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations, or a related HR function.
• Experience in a retail, grocery, hospitality, distribution, or multi-location environment strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
• Experience working with HRIS and/or payroll systems.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
