Job summary

The Ford Agency, Inc. is seeking an experienced compensation professional to provide information and analytical insights for the HR team at a top DC law firm.

This role will gather datasets and present key insights to HR and leadership, supporting data-driven decisions on compensation strategy. Responsibilities include analyzing compensation data for positioning and compliance, guiding offers and pay-equity decisions with the CHRO, owning salary surveys, and partnering to ensure pay-practice and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
  • 3+ years of compensation analysis experience supporting a multi-location firm (law firm or professional services preferred).
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Adept knowledge of UKG or other HRIS platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of data tactics and strong organizational/project management mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation data for the firm's competitive positioning and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the CHRO and HR team and guide offers and pay-equity decisions.
  • Recommend program improvements based on the latest compensation updates.
  • Take ownership of the firm's salary surveys.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure compliance to pay practices and job descriptions.
