This role will gather datasets and present key insights to HR and leadership, supporting data-driven decisions on compensation strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years of compensation analysis experience supporting a multi-location firm (law firm or professional services preferred).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Adept knowledge of UKG or other HRIS platforms is strongly preferred.
• Excellent understanding of data tactics and strong organizational/project management mindset.

This individual will work with internal teams and to gather relevant datasets regarding compensation and present key insights to HR and leadership teams. Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a business field
• 3+ years of compensation analysis experience supporting a multi-location firm
  • Law firm or professional services firm experience strongly preferred
• Strong MS Office skills, and especially proficient with Excel
• Adept knowledge of UKG or other HRIS platforms is strongly preferred
• Excellent understanding of data tactics, and an organizational and project management mindset

Compensation:

• $82,000 - $110,000 annually DOE

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
