Job summary

Mission Staffing, on behalf of a publicly traded fintech client in New York, NY, seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst. The role centers on equity administration, compensation modeling, and end-to-end cycle execution, with hands-on ownership of data, analyses, and executive-ready materials.

You will own full compensation cycles (merit, bonuses, equity), support RSU programs, build models, and analyze large employee and market datasets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compensation experience in fintech, financial services, or public company.
• Hands-on RSU and equity program experience.
• Proven ability to run compensation cycles independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and equity.
• Support U.S. public-company equity programs and RSU administration.
• Own end-to-end compensation cycle data uploads, validation, and reporting.
• Build and maintain compensation models and executive analyses.
• Analyze large datasets including job architecture, benchmarking, and budgets.
• Prepare weekly spend projections and variance analyses for exec leadership.
• Conduct audits across salary, bonus, and equity programs.
• Partner with HR and Finance to support compensation planning.
