Responsibilities include market research, pay data analysis, annual surveys, and aiding executives and HR partners with offers, promotions, and LTIP administration while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of related professional experience.
• Advanced Excel, Word and reporting experience preferred; data management a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and reference salary surveys to determine industry pay standards.
• Analyze internal pay data, identify trends, and provide recommendations on promotions, adjustments, and offers.
• Participate in the annual market pricing process and advise on salary grades and market rates.
• Support HR Business Partners and Recruiting with compensation analyses.
• Assist with annual compensation surveys and LTIP administration.
• Ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance in compensation processes.
