The Compensation Analyst at Madison Square Garden Entertainment is responsible for the administration of various compensation programs including, but not limited to, reviewing job descriptions and completing job evaluations for various business groups across the organization, generating reports and analyses on a regular and ad-hoc basis, providing insights to support salary decisions and employee retention, participation in annual salary surveys and assisting with executive compensation support. The incumbent must be self-motivated, analytical, and thrive on solving problems while delivering high quality results.
