Kaseya US LLC in Miami, FL is seeking an Operations Research Analyst (Compensation) to optimize global compensation programs across base salary, incentives, and equity, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.

You will develop and maintain advanced statistical models, implement Power BI dashboards, and coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Transformation to deliver data-driven insights, compliant analytics, and scalable compensation solutions for a fast-growing tech

Qualifications

Master's degree in a quantitative field with 2 years of Total Rewards/compensation experience.
Experience applying mathematical modeling and optimization to total rewards and workforce decisions.
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and Oracle HCM compensation tools.

Responsibilities

Develop mathematical models to analyze global compensation programs (base salary, incentive, equity).
Maintain statistical compensation models to support budgeting and forecasting.
Perform regression analysis and predictive modeling to assess trends and retention.
Drive annual compensation review and incentive processes using Oracle HCM.
Gather external compensation survey data for market pricing.
Design Power BI dashboards to present compensation metrics.
Ensure data quality and compliance with compensation reporting requirements.
Lead user acceptance testing for compensation system implementations.
