• Develop, maintain, and audit reports in SuccessFactors HRIS for compensation analysis and reporting.
• Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel; ensure data accuracy and reconciliation.
• Support compensation programs including planning, market pricing, and audits.
• Assist with annual compensation planning, merit increases, and data validation.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports for HR, Finance, and leadership.
