Prime Controls, L.P. in Lewisville, TX, seeks a Compensation Analyst to lead market pricing, pay structures, and job architecture for a 1,500-person workforce across Texas and project locations.

You will own benchmarking activities, develop salary ranges, and partner with HR and operations to ensure internal equity. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of compensation experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on use of survey tools (ERI, Mercer, Radford).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or total rewards.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with compensation survey tools (ERI, Mercer, Radford) and market pricing methodology.
• Experience building or maintaining job architecture, leveling, or job family frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage compensation projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Independently benchmarks field, technical, and corporate roles against external market survey data across Prime Controls’ job families and title structure.
• Builds and maintains salary ranges and pay bands aligned to existing job families, factoring market movement and internal equity.
• Maintains and evolves Prime Controls’ job title and job family taxonomy; partners with HR and department leaders on leveling and role classification.
• Produces compensation analyses and executive-ready reports using Excel and existing HR data.
• Prepares compensation materials and recommendations for review by HR leadership and executives.
• Monitors compensation trends and regulatory developments relevant to Prime Controls’ multi-state footprint.
