Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support salary recommendations, market data analysis, and compensation initiatives. The role involves researching data, creating documentation, and presenting findings to management with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide salary recommendations for external candidates, internal offers, promotions and adjustments.
• Support compensation programs through research, analysis, and recommendations to management.
• Conduct initial cost impact analysis for new or changing job structures or bonus targets.
• Create process documentation for current processes and recommend efficiencies.
• Generate, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of required compensation documentation.
• Support system setup and ensure updates are made throughout the process.
• Create and revise job descriptions.
• Research and compile market data to determine the Company’s competitive position.
• Review market data with management to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Complete special projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned.
