Job summary

The Standard in Portland is seeking a Compensation professional to join the Compensation team. You will conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation analyses, partnering with HRBPs and leaders to inform pay decisions and annual programs.

This role requires 4+ years in compensation, a BA in a related field, strong data analytics, and experience with surveys and reporting. Knowledge of Workday is a plus, and occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of compensation experience or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and presentation.
• Experience with compensation surveys, reporting, and program administration.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation analyses.
• Participate in compensation surveys and prepare, validate, and submit data.
• Support annual compensation programs, salary administration, and incentive plan processes.
• Develop reports and modeling to inform compensation decisions and design.
• Identify and implement process improvements for compensation programs and operations.
• Occasional travel for team meetings, planning sessions, or professional development activities.
