Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Compensation professional to join our Compensation team in Portland, OR. You will conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation analyses, partnering with HR leaders to support annual processes and incentive programs.

You'll develop reports and models to inform design and drive data-driven decisions, while handling sensitive information with discretion and contributing to process improvements. Travel may be occasional for team activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of compensation experience or equivalent data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation analyses.
• Participate in compensation surveys and prepare, validate, and submit data.
• Support annual compensation programs, salary administration, and incentive plan processes.
• Develop reports, analyses, and modeling to support compensation decisions and program design.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance compensation programs and operations.
