Job summary

IREN is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Fort Worth, TX, a hybrid role reporting to the Senior Compensation Specialist and partnering with People & Culture. You will manage salary ranges, support market pricing, and ensure pay equity while maintaining audit-ready records.

The role emphasizes data analysis, advanced Excel, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support annual compensation cycles and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• CCP or similar certification preferred.
• 2+ years in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or total rewards.
• Strong understanding of compensation structures, market pricing, and pay equity.
• Experience with annual compensation review cycles preferred.
• Multi-state or global experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary survey tools.
• Proficient with compensation survey platforms and HRIS systems.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent communication to explain data to managers/leaders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compensation data, salary ranges, job profiles, and hourly rate files.
• Support internal equity reviews and pay consistency analyses.
• Update pay ranges, job architecture, and leveling documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready records for compensation processes.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using approved surveys.
• Prepare benchmarking summaries for leadership review.
• Partner with managers to support pay range recommendations.
• Support annual compensation cycle with merit, promotions and adjustments.
• Prepare pay-change files and validation reports.
• Provide analytics and reporting to support decisions.
• Monitor budget impact and guideline adherence during cycles.
• Support pay equity analyses and remediation tracking.
• Maintain compensation dashboards and reports.
• Analyze data for anomalies and risks; present to leadership.
• Administer salary surveys and maintain compensation databases.
• Review compensation transactions with People & Culture managers.
• Support budget reviews for incentive programs; drive process improvements.
