Job summary

Maury Regional Health is seeking a Compensation Specialist to coordinate and administer the compensation program for the organization. The role involves using market data and the existing compensation structure to recommend pay grades, maintain salary documentation, and conduct audits.

The position requires a Bachelor's Related Field (preferred) and 2 years related experience (preferred). The incumbent will collaborate with Talent Acquisition to set pay for new hires, promotions and transfers,

Conducts pay and position audits. Oversees the performance management system/process and maintains job descriptions. Partners with Talent Acquisition Team to establish pay for new hires, promotions and transfers
