JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinates and administers the compensation program for Maury Regional Health to include recommendations for annual adjustments. Performs position evaluations and pay analysis. Uses market data and existing compensation structure to recommend appropriate pay grades for positions. Maintains documentation of salary structures, pay practices and incentive programs. Conducts pay and position audits. Oversees the performance management system/process and maintains job descriptions. Partners with Talent Acquisition Team to establish pay for new hires, promotions and transfers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Related Field Preferred
2 Years Related Experience Preferred
