Job summary

Maury Regional Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to coordinate and administer the compensation program at the Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. The role focuses on pay adjustments, position evaluations, and alignment with market data.

The analyst will maintain salary structures, perform pay audits, and work with Talent Acquisition on starting salaries for new hires and internal moves. On-site, full-time, within Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Related Field Preferred
• 2 Years Related Experience Preferred

DEPT: Human Resources

LOCATION: Maury Regional Medical Center- Columbia, TN

SHIFT: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Coordinates and administers the compensation program for Maury Regional Health to include recommendations for annual adjustments. Performs position evaluations and pay analysis. Uses market data and existing compensation structure to recommend appropriate pay grades for positions. Maintains documentation of salary structures, pay practices and incentive programs. Conducts pay and position audits. Oversees the performance management system/process and maintains job descriptions. Partners with Talent Acquisition Team to establish pay for new hires, promotions and transfers
