Hermès International S.A. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the Human Resources team. The role supports the administration, analysis, and maintenance of compensation programs, working with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant practices and data integrity.

The candidate will help with merit increases, promotions, and bonus planning, generate reports, and conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation. Regular in-person work at the New York location is required.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in compensation, HR, payroll, or data analytics.
• Experience supporting incentives, commissions, bonus, or compensation programs.
• Experience working with HRIS and compensation management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular in-person work at a company-designated location is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate compensation, job, and employee data within compensation systems and HR platforms.
• Monitor headcount changes, organizational updates, and compensation records.
• Perform audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with program requirements.
• Assist with annual compensation planning, merit, promotions, and bonus planning.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc compensation reports, analyses, and dashboards for leadership.
