Job summary

Beacon Hill in Hanover, New Jersey is seeking a Compensation Analyst for a contract role starting ASAP. The position offers a hybrid schedule (Whippany, NJ) with Mondays and Fridays from home, and a 32.00–37.40 USD per hour pay rate plus benefits.

You will support compensation programs, analyze data, and collaborate with HR leadership to drive salary strategy. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in compensation, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with an HRIS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compensation, compensation analysis, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with compensation data, reporting, and workforce metrics.
• Experience working within an HRIS platform.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience utilizing reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.

• Support compensation programs, salary administration, and annual compensation planning activities.
• Perform compensation analysis, reporting, and workforce-related data reviews to support business decisions.
• Maintain and support compensation processes within the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Our client, a well-established heathcare organization, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team on a contract basis.

About The Position:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract opportunity through April (potential to be extended based on business needs)
• Pay: $32.00-$37.40/hour based on experience
• Hybrid schedule in Whippany, NJ (Mondays & Fridays from home)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
