Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Columbus, OH to provide analysis and support for compensation programs and market data. You will partner with Compensation, PBPs, People Systems, and Payroll to deliver accurate pricing, job mapping, policy docs, and salary surveys while ensuring compliance.

You will master market data, assist with job profiles, and maintain SOPs. This role requires at least a bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong Excel and Workday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years related compensation experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel (Medium).
• Experience with HCM systems including Workday (Medium).
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with confidentiality.
• Experience with market pricing tools such as MarketPay (Medium).

Responsibilities

• Assist with job profiles updates, policy documentation, salary surveys and compensation delivery.
• Conduct analyses for new or revised jobs to determine mapping to job architecture, IC, and salary grade based on market trends.
• Support compensation projects from design through execution, including modeling and training; maintain SOPs.
• Own the compensation inbox and advise on questions and processes with payroll, PBPs, and HR systems.
• Support the annual salary planning process including merit planning and IC payments.
• Conduct monthly and annual data audits ensuring compliance.
• Maintain market pricing software and annual submissions for salary surveys; update surveys as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
