Job summary

OCHIN is seeking a Compensation Analyst to advance our compensation philosophy through market intelligence and data-driven analysis. The role supports program administration, benchmarking, planning, and governance to ensure equity and competitiveness across the workforce.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating data into actionable insights that inform pay decisions, talent attraction, retention, and organizational growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with 3+ years in compensation is preferred.
Experience with market pricing and compensation analysis is preferred.
Experience with market analysis tools such as Pave.com or Salary.com is preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain compensation programs, salary structures, pay ranges, and job evaluation processes.
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys and external labor market data.
Support compliance with federal, state, and local pay regulations and related reporting.
Serve as trusted advisor to People & Culture partners on compensation matters.
