Job summary

OCHIN is seeking a Compensation Analyst to advance our compensation philosophy with market intelligence, analysis, and data-driven recommendations. You will administer compensation programs, benchmark against external data, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

The role focuses on equity, talent attraction, retention, and organizational growth while supporting leadership with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Admin, Economics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of compensation-related experience preferred.
Experience with market pricing and compensation analysis preferred.
Experience with Pave.com or Salary.com market analysis tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain compensation programs, salary structures, pay ranges, and job evaluation processes.
Support annual compensation planning activities, including merit, market, and promotional increase reviews.
Partner with leaders to evaluate compensation recommendations and ensure alignment with philosophy and budget guidelines.
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys and external labor market data.
Support development and maintenance of salary ranges and compensation structures.
Maintain compensation documentation, procedures, and governance practices.
