Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in compensation surveys to analyze competitive data.
• Review requests for new or revised job codes and salary grades.
• Analyze market data and support salary structures and budgets.
• Prepare studies on incentive compensation, bonus plans, or stock programs.
• Review proposed salary adjustments for policy conformance.
• Support domestic/international compensation programs.
• Create reports for OneHR and provide analytics to Compensation Partners.
• Conduct analytics and models for compensation design and outcomes.
• Monitor responses to employee inquiries via email/ticketing system.
