Job summary

Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Compensation Analyst for a 7-month contract in Menlo Park, CA, onsite. The role involves building analyses and models in Excel, driving projects with analytics, and applying AI tools to workflows. • BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, HR, Business or related discipline and 2 years of experience in consulting, finance, compensation, recruiting or a similarly applicable field
• Or Masters degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, HR, Business or similarly related discipline and 0-1 years of experience in consulting, finance, compensation, recruiting or a similarly applicable field
• Experience in Excel, including experience building analyses and models
• Project management experience – driving projects forward through analytics
• Foundational knowledge of AI tools and experience integrating them into work processes (prompt engineering, workflow automation, output validation) – hacker mindset
• Very sensitive/confidential work – needs to demonstrate discretion and sound judgement

Compensation Analyst

07 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Menlo Park, CA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Must have skills: -Compensation, AI, Business operations
• BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, HR, Business or similarly related discipline and 2 years of experience in consulting, finance, compensation, recruiting or a similarly applicable field
• Or Masters degree in in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, HR, Business or similarly related discipline and 0-1 years of experience in consulting, finance, compensation, recruiting or a similarly applicable field
• Experience in Excel, including experience building analyses and models
• Project management experience – driving projects forward through analytics
