Job summary

Osaic in Oakdale, MN seeks a full-time Advisor Compensation Service Team Lead to support advisors with commissions, customer service, and processing. You will coach and escalate issues, acting as a real-time subject matter expert for the Compensation Phone Service team.

The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule (four in-office days weekly). Salary is $55,000–$65,000 per year plus an annual performance bonus, with benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, 401k and paid time away.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Act as real-time information and training resource for the Compensation Phone Service team.
• Mentor and coach team members; lead training sessions as needed.
• Escalate advisor inquiries and service issues as first point of contact.
• Complete quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support advisors and internal teams with commissions processing and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent service.
