Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

We’re hiring a Business Analyst (Sales Compensation & Crediting) for a long-term contract role supporting a global sales organization. This fully remote opportunity (California-based) offers the chance to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your work directly supports commission operations for sales teams.

Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension

Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly/quarterly sales commission processes
  • Review sales orders and process credits, corrections, and adjustments
  • Resolve commission-related inquiries and provide guidance to account executives and managers
  • Collaborate across sales ops, analytics, enablement, and finance to support process improvements
  • Develop documentation and support policy/process enhancements
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of sales compensation, crediting, and quota processes
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; Salesforce reporting experience is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and clear communication; thrive in cross-functional settings
  • CRM or order management experience preferred
  • Bonus: experience with tools like Xactly, SPIFF, or Tableau
